BUILDING RULES Lirios de Miraflores 1 Please park between the lines and in reverse position; otherwise, a fine may apply. Please use the parking spot designated by security guards for visitors. 2 Upon arrival, please check in with the security guards at the building entrance; they will grant you access to the elevator. You'll find the keys and access card inside the lockbox at the apartment door. 3 The building's common areas (lounges) are not available for Airbnb guests; however, we're happy to arrange a reservation for the Movie Room, subject to availability on the dates of your stay. 4 The gym may be used as long as equipment is left in order, the air conditioning is turned off, and the remote is left in its place. A personal towel is required. Hours: 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Playing music through speakers or phones is not permitted. 5 If you use the shopping carts available in the parking area, please return them to their place within 30 minutes. 6 Out of respect for neighbors, excessive noise is not permitted between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Guards may issue a warning up to two times; after that, a fine of L 3,000.00 will apply. 7 Trash may be taken out twice a day, before 9:00 a.m. and before 4:00 p.m. Please keep the hallways clean;
